Privacy Policy

AP Uniforms Inc. (“AP Uniforms”, “we”) sells medical scrubs online and at pop-up warehouse sales across Canada and the USA. This policy covers ap-uniforms.com, our VIP sign-ups and our group-order requests. Our online stores (Canada and USA) run on Shopify and have their own privacy policy.

What you give us:

• VIP sign-up — first and last name, email, phone (optional), city, province or state, preferred language, and a record of when and where you gave consent.
• Group orders — name, email, phone, organization, organization type, team size, region and your message.
• Emails and calls — whatever you choose to tell us.

Automatically, only with your consent: pages you visit, device and browser type, approximate location (from your IP address) and the page that referred you, through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

We don’t collect payment details on this site.

• To tell you about warehouse sales, offers and new arrivals by email or text — only if you ticked the consent box. Unsubscribe any time: use the link in our emails, reply STOP to a text, or email us.
• To answer your group-order and quote requests.
• To plan our sales (cities, dates and stock).
• To understand how the site is used and improve it (Google Analytics, if you accept).
• To show you our ads on Facebook and Instagram (Meta Pixel, if you accept).

• Essential (always on) — remember your country, light/dark theme and your cookie choice (in a cookie or your browser’s local storage).
• Analytics (off by default) — Google Analytics.
• Advertising (off by default) — Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram).

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel don’t load until you agree. We also use Vercel Analytics, which sets no cookies and only produces aggregate counts.

You can change your mind at any time: Cookie settings.

We don’t sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

• Square — customer list, in-person sales, and sending our marketing emails and texts.
• Resend — delivers group-order requests to our team.
• Vercel — hosts this site.
• Shopify — our online stores and sending our marketing emails.
• Google and Meta — analytics and advertising, if you accept.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data outside Quebec and Canada, mainly in the United States, where it is subject to local law. Before sending information outside Quebec, we assess whether the provider will protect it adequately.

• VIP list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• Group-order requests: up to 3 years after our last contact, or longer if an order is placed (accounting records).
• Google Analytics data: no longer than 14 months.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw your consent, or get a copy of your information in a structured format. Email info@ap-uniforms.com. We reply within 30 days.

If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or, in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information (cai.gouv.qc.ca). US residents can make the same requests at the same address, and turning off Advertising in Cookie settings opts you out of any “sharing” for ads.

The site is served over HTTPS only, access to data is limited to people who need it, and our providers use industry-standard safeguards. If a privacy incident creates a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

This site isn’t directed at anyone under 14, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
