Medical Scrubs Size Guide#

Finding the right size in medical scrubs is essential for comfort during long shifts. This guide covers everything you need to know about measuring yourself and choosing the right fit.

How to Measure Yourself#

Before checking any size chart, take these three key measurements:

Chest / Bust#

Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level all the way around. Don't pull too tight — you want a comfortable, natural measurement.

Waist#

Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso, typically just above your belly button). For scrub pants, some people prefer to measure at the point where they actually wear their waistband.

Hips#

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the tape level.

Tip: If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. You'll be on your feet all day — comfort matters!

Choosing the Right Fit#

Medical scrubs come in several fit styles:

• Classic Fit — Relaxed, traditional cut with plenty of room to move. Great for those who prefer a looser feel.
• Modern Fit — Slightly more tailored than classic but still comfortable. The most popular choice.
• Slim Fit — More fitted through the body with a contemporary silhouette. Best for those who prefer a streamlined look.
• Jogger Style — Pants with elastic cuffs at the ankle. Modern look with athletic styling.
